【法律依据】涉及外国人在捷克设立公司，从事商业活动的相关法令包括：1991 年《贸易许可法》（The Trade Licensing Act No. 455/1991）、1991 年《商法典》（The Commercial Code No. 513/1991）、1991 年《破产兼并法》（The Bankruptcy and Composition Act No. 328/1991）、1992 年《外国人法》（The Foreign Nationals Act No. 123/1992），以及上述法令的修正条文。若申请投资优惠，则适用 2000 年《投资鼓励法》（The Act on Investment Incentives）及其修正条文。2015 年 5 月 1 日，新修订的《投资鼓励法》正式生效。
