出口的运输方式

在出口合同中，对货物运输方式，均事先确定。为了及时出运，有时在合同中争取订明“运输方式包括海陆海联运，由卖方选择”的条款。如使用“陆空陆” 运输方式，则订明“用火车从上海到香港，由此用空运到中转地或目的地，再由卡车运至最终目的地”(By train from Shanghai to Hongkong and thence to a refer warding town or to destination by air freight and then onwards by truck to ultimate destination)。
